5+ Tibetans

The 5 Tibetans are a powerful set of yoga exercises also referred to as the "Five Rites" and "Tibetan Rites". Hailed as the fountain of youth, these exercises are known to tone, lubricate, stimulate, stabilize, energize, and rejuvenate and all in only 15 minutes a day. This is a full workout for the mind body and soul comprised of 5 yoga exercises at 21 repetitions each. This DVD contains the lesser-known 6th Tibetan.

The 5 + Tibetans is filmed on a peaceful beach right here in beautiful Costa Rica with the tranquil sounds of ocean waves as background music. The 17 minute guided practice is an ideal companion to the intermediate and the comprehensive tutorial section offers the perfect detailed instructions for beginners.
