SHIPPING
National and international orders will ship within 3-5 days of receipt of
payment excluding weekends and holidays. National shipments will be
delivered by EMS Courier Service. International orders will be delivered
by EMS Courier Service or UPS.
RETURNS
Are not generally accepted but will be reviewed on a per case basis.
Should your case warrant a return, there will be a restocking fee of two euros
and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
DAMAGES
We pack all of our orders very carefully. All packages are insured and it will
be the customer's responsibility to make any claim with the delivery service
provider for damages. Please contact us immediately and keep all boxes and
packing materials for the carrier to inspect if necessary. We can provide you
with insurance information upon receipt of a damaged order.
MISSING
ORDERS
We insure all packages and it will be the customer's responsibility to make any
insurance claim with the postal service. Please contact us if your package has
not arrived within 30 days of our shipping notice. We can provide you with
insurance information upon request.
ORDER
DELAYS
We try to keep an accurate inventory. Unfortunately, with both a physical
location and a web presence we cannot guarantee that we have all items in stock
at all times. If an item is out of stock, an e-mail will be sent informing
you of the next available ship date. Normally, we will hold the entire order
until all items are available.
We recommend that you wait until all items are in stock.
After 21 days, we will automatically ship any available item in your order and
delete the missing items. If you have made other arrangements with us we
will happily send any available items immediately. Just contact us to let us
know you want us to ship what we have. Please note that you will be
charged the relevant shipping costs if you wish us to split your order into more
than one shipment.
UNDELIVERABLE
ORDERS
If no one
is home, the carrier will leave a notice of delivery attempt with instructions
for re-delivery. Normally, several attempts will be made before an order is
returned to us as undeliverable. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable,
we will issue a store credit for the value of the order minus delivery charges.
